Bruno Colucci est né au Maroc en 1959.
Son intérêt pour la sculpture en argile survient tardivement et la découverte de ce moyen d'expression le fascine à tel point qu'il provoquera un changement radical dans sa vie. Complètement autodidacte, il a consacré quelques années à l'expérimentation de différentes techniques de production céramique dans son laboratoire de Prarostino (Italie). En 1997 il décide de transformer son hobby en activité principale et il s'établit à Tenerife (Îles Canaries) où il continue son étude sur les formes et sur les couleurs dans son atelier de Garachico en consolidant son intérêt pour la sculpture en grès. Toujours à la recherche du milieu plus favorable à la création il s'est établi en 2004 en Corrèze (France). Le silence, les grands espaces et la paix de cette région permettent à l'artiste l'exploration des sentiments et des émotions desquels il aime en tirer l'inspiration pour ses oeuvres. | |

Completamente autodidatta, ha consacrato alcuni anni alla sperimentazione di diverse tecniche di lavorazione ceramica nel suo laboratorio di Prarostino (Italia). Nel 1997 decide di trasformare il suo hobby in attività principale e si trasferisce a Tenerife (Isole Canarie) dove continua il suo studio sulle forme e sui colori nel suo atelier di Garachico consolidando il suo interesse per la scultura in grès. Sempre alla ricerca dell'ambiente più favorevole alla creazione si è trasferito nel 2004 in Correze (Francia). Il silenzio, i grandi spazi e la pace di questa regione consentono all'artista l'esplorazione dei sentimenti e delle emozioni da cui ama trarre ispirazione per le sue opere. | |
